Anchor Sports Courts LLC is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected with Connor Sport Court International or any of its subsidiaries, divisions, brands, or affiliates, including but not limited to those operating under the “Sport Court®” name, trademark, or product lines.

7. All trademarks, service marks, brand names, and trade dress — including Sport Court® — remain the property of their respective owners. Any reference to such names or marks by Anchor Sports Courts LLC, whether online or offline, is made strictly for identification and informational purposes only, and shall not be construed as an attempt to infringe upon, dilute, or misappropriate any trademark or intellectual property rights owned by Connor Sport Court International or any related entity.

8. Anchor Sports Courts LLC does not sell, distribute, supply, install, represent, or claim to offer any products manufactured by Connor Sport Court International or any Sport Court® company. All products and services offered by Anchor Sports Courts LLC are entirely separate and distinct from those of Connor Sport Court International.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anchor Sports Courts LLC, including its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any misunderstanding, confusion, assumption, or misinterpretation by any party regarding the relationship between Anchor Sports Courts LLC and Connor Sport Court International, Sport Court®, or any associated trademarks or entities. Any such confusion is expressly disclaimed.
